What is the current pre-order price?
The current pre-order event price is $199 before August 20, 2026. During the event, free shipping applies at checkout. After the launch window, the online offer is expected to return to $249.
When will my order ship?
Pre-orders are prepared by paid order sequence. IRISGreen officially launches on August 20, 2026, and launch updates will be shared as production and allocation progress. If a regional delivery timeline changes, the update page and order email should be treated as the source of truth.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes. You can cancel before dispatch for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, the normal return and after-sales process applies based on the delivery status and product condition.
Is IRISGreen difficult to install?
No. The package includes the device, mounting kit, adhesive mounting plates, USB-C charging cable, and quick start guide. Basic setup is designed around mounting the device, pairing it with the IRIS app, and choosing projection content or ride functions.

Will it fit my bike?
