These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Ainstec Iris mobile application,related online services,firmware features,and compatible Iris Green hardware functions provided by Artificial Intelligence and Sensing Technology Institute Co.,Ltd.(‘Ainstec,”we,”us,’or ‘our’).
1.Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account,using guest access,pairing an Iris Green device,downloading assets,uploading content,or otherwise using the services,you agree to these Terms.If you do not agree,do not use the services.
2.Eligibility and Account Use
- You must be legally able to accept these Terms in your jurisdiction.If you use the services for an organization,you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activities under your account.
- Some functions may be available through guest access,but account-based features such as cloud assets,device synchronization,and saved history may require registration.
- You may request account deletion through the App where available or by contacting us at legal@ainstec.cn.
3.Services and Updates
The services may include device pairing,navigation assistance,riding data display,projection settings, user-generated asset management,creator profiles,feedback,firmware updates,and related functions. Features may vary by App version,device model,region,network status,third-party service availability, and firmware version.
4.Safety Responsibilities
- You must read and follow the User Manual,Safety Guidelines,product labels,App prompts,and all applicable road-safety laws.
- Iris Green is an assistive projection display only. It is not a safety device,emergency-navigation system,or substitute for observing traffic and road conditions.
- You must not operate the App,phone,or device controls while riding unless you are safely stopped.
- You must not use the device in a way that distracts you,endangers others,violates traffic rules,or exposes anyone’s eyes to the projection beam.
5.User Content and Assets
Users shall comply with applicable laws and regulations,platform community guidelines,and third-party rights when uploading,downloading,publishing,or projecting any content.Users must not upload, publish,or project any content that is illegal,infringing,pornographic,violent,hateful,harassing, threatening,misleading to traffic safety,impersonates official warnings,or may otherwise affect public safety.For publicly available content,Ainstec reserves the right to review,remove,restrict distribution,or take action against relevant accounts in accordance with community guidelines.Users may report any violating content or users through the in-app reporting system;all handling rules shall be governed by the Terms of Service,Community Guidelines,and Privacy Policy.
- You grant Ainstec a limited,worldwide,non-exclusive license to host,process,transmit,display,and make your content available only as necessary to provide,secure,moderate,improve,and support the services.
- If you publish or share content,other users may view,download,like,follow,or interact with that content according to the available App functions.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have all rights needed for the content you upload,including copyright,trademark,portrait,privacy,and publicity rights.
6.Prohibited Conduct
- Do not upload illegal,infringing,deceptive,defamatory,hateful,harassing,pornographic,violent, dangerous,privacy-invading,or otherwise harmful content.
- Do not use the services to interfere with other users,reverse engineer the App or firmware,bypass security controls,scrape data,distribute malware,or overload the services.
- Do not use projected content in a way that impersonates official road signs,emergency signals,law enforcement signals,or traffic-control instructions.
- Do not use the services for unlawful tracking,surveillance,or collection of personal information about others.
7.Third-Party Services
The services may rely on third-party services such as app stores,login providers,mapping,analytics, crash reporting,cloud hosting,and push-notification providers.Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
8.Intellectual Property
The App,firmware,software,interfaces,designs,text,graphics,trademarks,logos,and other materials provided by Ainstec are owned by Ainstec or its licensors.Except as permitted by these Terms,you may not copy,modify,distribute,sell,lease,reverse engineer,or create derivative works from the services.
9.Beta,Experimental,and Region-Limited Features
Some functions may be labeled beta,experimental,preview,or region-limited.These functions may change,stop working,or be removed at any time and should not be relied on for critical safety or emergency purposes.
10.Warranty,Disclaimers,and Consumer Rights
Product warranty and after-sales rights are governed by the applicable warranty policy,sales terms,and mandatory consumer-protection laws.To the fullest extent permitted by law,the services are provided on an ‘as is’and ‘as available’basis.We do not guarantee uninterrupted,error-free,or always-accurate operation,including for map data,positioning,network-dependent features,third-party services,or user- generated content
11.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law,Ainstec will not be liable for indirect,incidental,special, consequential,exemplary,or punitive damages,or for loss of profits,data,goodwill,business,or use. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12.Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms,created safety or security risks,infringed rights,violated law,or misused the services.You may stop using the services at any time and may request account deletion.
13.Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.We will update the effective date and,where required, provide notice in the App or by other reasonable means.Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
14.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China,unless mandatory laws in your place of residence provide otherwise.Any dispute should first be resolved through friendly consultation. If consultation fails,disputes may be submitted to a competent court with jurisdiction under applicable law.

17.App Store and Platform Terms
- Your download and use of the App may also be subject to the rules of Apple App Store,Google Play, or other distribution platforms.
- If platform terms conflict with these Terms only for platform-controlled matters,the platform terms may apply to that limited matter.
- You are responsible for keeping your operating system,App version,and compatible device firmware updated where reasonably necessary for security and compatibility.
18.Community and Moderation Rules
- We may review,refuse,remove,limit,or disable content that appears to violate these Terms,law, safety rules,intellectual property rights,or community standards.
- We may limit visibility of content that is reported by users,flagged by automated systems,or likely to create public safety or rights risks.
- Repeated violations may lead to account restrictions,content removal,suspension,or termination.
- Moderation decisions may not identify every violation and do not waive our right to act later.
19.Feedback and Product Suggestions
If you submit feedback,ideas,bug reports,feature requests,or suggestions,you grant Ainstec permission to use them without restriction or compensation for product improvement,support,development, documentation,and business purposes.This does not transfer ownership of personal content you upload as User Content.
20.Paid Features,Promotions,and Events
- If paid content,subscriptions,promotional assets,or event features are introduced,additional purchase terms may apply.
- Prices,taxes,refund eligibility,trial periods,renewal rules,and cancellation methods may be controlled by the relevant app store or payment provider.
- Promotional or beta access may be modified,limited,or withdrawn where allowed by law.
21.Export,Compliance,and Restricted Use
- You must comply with applicable export control,sanctions,road-safety,data-protection,intellectual- property,and consumer-protection laws.
- You may not use the services where prohibited by law or for unlawful surveillance,stalking, harassment,deception,or public-safety interference.
- You may not use the services to create or distribute content intended to mislead road users or simulate official traffic control.
22.Notices
We may provide notices through the App,email,website postings,push notifications,or other reasonable methods.You are responsible for keeping your account contact information current.
