Pre-Order Cancellations
You may cancel your pre-order at any time before the product ships for a full refund. To cancel, please contact us at info@ainstec.cn with your order number.
Returns After Delivery
Once you receive your Iris Green device, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund if you are not satisfied. The product must be in its original packaging, in unused or like-new condition, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Defective Products
If your Iris Green device is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Warranty
Iris Green comes with a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return or refund, email us at info@ainstec.cn with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return shipping instructions within 2 business days. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
