Yes. Cycling is the main use case, but IRISGreen can also project onto fixed surfaces such as desks and walls for demos, creative graphics, scrolling text, countdowns, and ambient display.

IRISGreen uses MEMS LBS laser scanning projection for a compact, focus-free experience designed for mobile riding scenarios. Visibility may vary with ambient light, road texture, installation angle, and content contrast.

Battery life varies with brightness, animation complexity, playback frequency, temperature, and connection stability. For longer rides, fully charge IRISGreen before departure and adjust brightness or projection intervals in the App.

Check the device and accessories, fully charge IRISGreen in a dry environment, download the Ainstec Iris App, then connect and adjust the projection position through the App.

Search for Ainstec Iris on the Apple App Store or Google Play. The App supports iOS and Android and offers a multilingual interface.

Install IRISGreen on the bike, enable Bluetooth, open the App, add the nearby Iris-G device, and keep your phone close during pairing. Once connected, the App will show battery and online status.

Yes. Guest Mode is available for a quick experience. For long-term use, signing in is recommended for device binding, asset sync, personal settings, updates, and support services.

Confirm the mount is secure, the battery is sufficient, the App is connected, the projection is aligned, and your route or preferred asset is selected before departure.

In Riding Mode, IRISGreen can show key ride information such as speed, distance, ride duration, real-time altitude, and estimated calories using data from your smartphone.

Cheerleading Mode can trigger time announcements, mileage reminders, hydration reminders, parking effects, or speed-based visuals when your ride reaches configured conditions.

Yes. Upload images or videos from the Assets section in the App, then sync the saved asset to IRISGreen over Bluetooth. Images support PNG, JPG, JPEG, and HEIF; videos support MP4 and MOV up to 6 seconds.

Simple, high-contrast graphics work best for road projection. Use a black background, clear white or high-contrast elements, large shapes, and minimal text.

Sketchpad projects drawings or temporary text. Teleprompter turns longer text into scrolling projected content. Desktop Mode supports stationary uses such as clock, weather, countdowns, desk display, or demos.

Install IRISGreen near the handlebar centerline or bike computer mount, keep the mount secure, select the correct mounting mode in the App, and use projection calibration to fine-tune the image.

Yes. If you install the device in an inverted position, open the device settings in the App and switch Setup Mode from Normal Mounting to Inverted Mode so the content displays in the correct orientation.

IRISGreen performs best in nighttime or low-light environments, on darker and smoother road surfaces, with high-contrast projection content.

Set up your route, projection content, and preferred settings before departure. During riding, keep your attention on the road and only adjust the App after stopping safely in an appropriate location.

IRISGreen is designed for ground projection. Avoid looking directly into the lens or pointing the beam at people, vehicles, pets, reflective objects, or windows.

Use a reliable USB-C cable and a certified 5V/1A charger. Charge in a dry environment, avoid damaged or wet charging accessories, and do not charge the device while riding.

Use a clean, dry microfiber lens cloth to wipe the projection glass and housing. Store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, moisture, dust, salt mist, and heavy pressure.
